> **Pros**: MoversSuite is extremely robust but easy for the end users to use. Upon implementation we were able to have much better visibility across all branch locations on the workflow for each customer. Additionally, we now have the ability to oversee office personnel work loads and reassign some of their workflow if necessary.

By utilizing all of the modules available we are able to take each customer/opportunity from cradle to grave in a single software package. From the leads importing in, working the leads, dispatching, invoicing and handling claims this package does it all

> **Cons**: At times, it's a struggle to keep up with some of the changes that get introduced. I know my company doesn't 100% utilize everything that Movers Suite can do

> We are currently working on bidding an 800 employee move that will require us to archive images for each employee's station. EWS/Movers Suite just recently made an adjustment that will make accomplishing this task/project so much easier.

> As the world of moving and storage changes, this software is continually updated with features that enhance our processes, including a new Office \& Industrial module. Information flows smoothly from UniGroup, eliminating double entry. Customizable task lists keep our coordinators on point and enable us to give our customers a consistent experience. Work tickets for every local service ensure we invoice for all labor, even if the paper file gets lost. The ability to enter actual hours for job costing helps us make sure we are dispatching appropriately, and that the work is profitable. 

From the extensive installation training, to the daily availability of patience support staff, MoversSuite is backed by folks who want to make our experience as smooth as possible. They are constantly helping us integrate the software into our processes, making it more and more useful. For us, these people are the greatest benefit, and the reason that we would recommend MoversSuite to anyone looking for software to run their moving and storage business.
