> **Pros**: Our company transitioned from MITC to another time entry/tracking system. I never thought I'd miss MITC, but I sure do. Here are a couple things that were great about the software: 

1. Reliability - Once you entered a schedule into the system, it remained the same and was easy to locate, edit, and resave. 

2. Easy to use - Once you became familiar with the system, MITC was RARELY down, was easy to use, nothing tricky or difficult about the navigation. 

3. Easy to train - Despite the demographic of who we hired, MITC was easy for all employees to become famliar with and utilize.

> **Cons**: The software was quite dated. On the tail end of our company using this, it began swapping the dates of completed trainings and made staff look grossly overdue for something when they were not.
> 
> MITC was reliable and very user friendly. Again, I never thought I'd miss the dinosaur that this system was, but I sure do.
