2)The customer service. 
3)Access to database and ease of emailing different groups.

> **Cons**: 1)When you need to register a player or are doing a search for the schedule, it has to rebuild and take you to the top of screen and you have to scroll down again. This is more during the registration of a player process.
2)Not having a link to outside groups to have player permits for other Leagues.

> Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from reps. Has been exceptional, and far surpasses any service we have had in the past.

All fees are paid online by credit card. Fabulous system, with amazing display of data for us and for teams and players. Most importantly, the software has been customized to our needs. This has been very demanding but every request has been met. Couldn't be happier.

> **Pros**: It is relatively easy to use, even for someone with little or no experience in 'code'. Randy has always been extremely helpful and flexible in meeting our varied needs.

> **Cons**: At my age, the small print is a minor issue.  If there is one complaint from our members, it's that the type is small.

> Since our first meeting with Randy, SpAppz has been attentive to our needs, flexible in providing necessary adaptations, and always ready with a response to questions or our 'self-inflicted' errors. We've had offers from other programs and companies but truly value our relationship with Randy and the SpAppz system. For clubs of any size, I would highly recommend their programs.
