Typeform Makes Complex Automations Easy
Comments: Our team and clients love how easy and fun Typeform is to use! We get great feedback on the experience!
Pros:
We love using Typeform to simplify automations. We have a client that we needed to create a vetting process for securing a rental. We created an automated form to approve them for a rental and direct them to the appropriate rental to purchase based on membership level/event needs. The best part is Typeform integrates well with many of the other platforms we are using! We've set up several direct connections and zaps!We also use Typeform as a lead generator and for fun customer experience activities for our clients.
Cons:
While Typeform allows for the best design experience out there, my only wish as a designer is that we had a little more flexibility on font sizes/question placement on the slides. However, not a dealbreaker and many design work around options.
Alternatives Considered: Google Forms, Jotform, Zoho Forms and Mailchimp
Reasons for Choosing Typeform: User experience -- Typeform is so much more fun and you can create so many custom automations that Google does not allow!
Switched From: Google Forms and Jotform
Reasons for Switching to Typeform: Typeform allows you to create a fun user experience and create an unlimited amount of automations.

Typform review
Comments: Easy to create best opinions to control all
Pros:
Is the ideal software to understand customers
Cons:
Best to create best content and know feedback from customers
Good for short surveys, and form submissions
Pros:
One survey question, at a time. Makes for a well-thought-out response.
Cons:
All questions are not visible at once. So, you don't know what to expect next.
Powerful tool to collect data from customers
Comments: I am using Typeform to collect data from my leads which is used to generate documents for quotes and proposals
Pros:
Intuitive tool to build advanced forms and integrate them to my operations
Cons:
When I tried building a personality test using Typeform, it didn't have the required features
Alternatives Considered: Google Forms
Reasons for Switching to Typeform: More advanced features with Typeform, superior design
Typeforms get the job done
Comments: My overall experience is great. I can be creative with my forms.
Pros:
I like that I can create different types of forms.
Cons:
I think everything about Typeform is good.
Great for form collection with sharp presentation
Comments: If you don't recognize Typeform by its brand name, you would certainly recognize the product. Sleek, line-by-line forms. Many of our clients really like the product.
Pros:
Survey response tech with very cool packaging. It makes your form feel sleek.
Cons:
A little expensive and limited for what it is.
Best platform for surveys
Comments: Really helpful platform, very user-friendly and makes creating surveys or polls really simple. Perfect for businesses who want to do this a lot.
Pros:
Typeform is one of the best surveying products out there, and would always be my first choice for a client survey. Also integrates nicely with websites.
Cons:
It can get quite expensive, especially if you are using it fairly infrequently. They do have a nice range of plans though.
A little pricey, yet worth it
Pros:
It has great feedback management, offers custom branding and integrates well with websites
Cons:
The free trial offers only 10 submissions per month, which is too little even for beginners
Good tool for gathering data
Comments: Easy to use too that helps you to do simple research even with the free version.
Pros:
Easy to use UI, excellent tool for gathering feedback and having all the results in one place and well formatted.
Cons:
One could argue that the pricing is a bit off, since there is a lot of tools that can fulfill the same job.
Good Option for Forms but pricey
Comments: Was happy to use it at first but then shifted to Tally
Pros:
Loved the way it created forms. Very unique from the other players
Cons:
The cost can be a bit high for entrepreneurs
Typeform is an essential form tool with the features to satisfy most requirements
Comments: Typeform provides us enough power to design well optimised, highly intelligent forms to power our business across the board from UX feedback, inbound and partnerships.
Pros:
Typeform is particularly valuable for a number of reasons. Firstly, the logic within Typeform makes our forms far more intelligent. This helps us build different user journeys depending on answers which creates a high level of personalisation converting more inbound. Typeform automations enable us to pipe through responses to slack and other applications across our business which is also incredibly important. Lastly, the analytics on conversion throughout the form give us insights we need to optimise this.
Cons:
Again, as a business, we are highly attracted to platforms that have a vertical stack with more features, products and functionality. Typeform is a standalone product when you have products like ClickUp with a forms feature within a much more powerful project management platform.
User-friendly and easily integrated survey platform
Pros:
Ease of use, ability to integrate other martech, and slick UI.
Cons:
I just wish there were some more customization options for the design of templates/questions.
Alternatives Considered: Google Forms and SurveyMonkey
User friendly and simplistic.
Pros:
The integration between Google sheets and Typeform is brilliant and I have found it helpful, for automatically moving responses to surveys I create into Google Spreadsheet for advanced analysis purposes . Also, Typeform is user friendly to use , both for when I am creating survey forms and for respondents answering my surveys. The level of simplicity that Typeform offers is currently unrivalled by any other survey tool I have tried.
Cons:
My only displeasure with Typeform, is that they discontinued the chat form creation functionality, a few months ago.
A tool for creating dynamic forms
Comments: Being a relatively small company, the use of this software is more within the company's employees and so far everyone is comfortable with it.
Pros:
The main thing is that it is free, the most important thing for basic things of course. But also a large capacity of fields that can be customized (matrices of options for example) and at the end to be able to analyze the results.
Cons:
I consider that it lacks functions such as conditional logic to be able to be more assertive in the questions that you want to show. Also, it is not possible to configure multilingual forms.
Great & Easy Survey
Pros:
What I like the most about type form is that it is easy to use and select options that are customized to employee engagement at my company.
Cons:
Everything about the tool is helpful and there's nothing that I don't like about type form.
An essential tool for our business
Comments: I don't know of another product that is as easy to use, gorgeously styled, and consistent as Typeform. We've created well over 50 forms, polls, and surveys over the years and use the forms + gathered information daily. We love Typeform!
Pros:
Typeform is so incredibly easy to use for creating forms, surveys, polls, and more. We use it for all the submissions and information gathering in all areas of our business.
Cons:
It's such a silly thing, but the home page/first page of the forms have a wonky image/graphic placement. Makes for adding logos or background graphics a bit tedious. Would really love a drag & drop option for that opening page.
Our surveys and outreach have become much more engaging ever since we started using Typeform
Comments: Our company has used survey platforms before in the past, but Typeform has been by far the easiest for both us and our clients to use. We've gotten such better feedback and engagement, and it's all due to the simple change of having made the switchover. I highly recommend Typeform.
Pros:
I really like how user-friendly Typeform is. I think it's a brand that many people are aware of at this point, and when people open up forms or surveys with "Typeform" in the title/email/outreach doc, they understand that they're about to use a very simple and straightforward platform. I think that's the number 1 think above all that I like about it - both our company and our customers know what they'll be getting.
Cons:
I feel it could be a little bit more sophisticated in how it can be customized, but again, it's possible I haven't delved into all of it's unique features yet.
Love Typeform but the pricing is atrocious
Pros:
It's the best way to create engaging submission forms. Typeforms are modern and make the submission experience fun.
Cons:
The pricing. It's the main reason I don't use it anymore.
Better than Google forms
Comments: Easier to fill out than Google forms and more accessible too
Pros:
You can key in choices rather than just selecting. Also you can pick more than one answer
Cons:
Nothing I think it is one of the better survey tools
A great way to build surveys
Comments: Overall, I'd recommend Typeform to marketers looking to carry out any form of research, as long as they're not looking to ask many questions (which, for most surveys looking to have a high response rate, is necessary!). If you're looking to create a more complex survey with heaps of questions and potential flows, be prepared for some lags.
Pros:
Building surveys with Typeform is really, really easy. Regardless of whether you're asking open or closed questions, have follow-up questions pertaining to certain answers or want to use rankings or scales, Typeform makes it easy to add and tailor each of these questions at any point in your survey creation.
Cons:
The only thing that lets Typeform down is how much it lags when you're working with lots of questions. A slight lag is expected on any software, but if you're building complex surveys with various avenues (for example, for whitepaper research), adding and editing any questions further down the line becomes almost impossible due to lag times.
Good with checking errors and validating data
Comments: We usually need many data collection and entry tools to capture a broad range of market research data. We recently tried Typeform and it offers a few benefits we miss on other tools such the ability to choose the range within which the data responses from clients should fall. Although we are yet to learn how everything works, it is quite useful. So our experience is generally positive.
Pros:
I like Typeform because creating a survey is easy and straightforward because of the drag-and-drop function. It supports many question types including rating scales that target respondents can understand and answer. I also Typeform because it is easy to avoid errors by validating the data by setting numerical range restrictions.
Cons:
The subscription plan is designed in such a way that you will always want the higher plan, from the free plan to basic, plus, business and enterprise. Some users would appreciate a tool that offers every feature missing in the free plan after subscription. It relies on the internet to collect, store, manage, and analyze data. It requires learning because I am still yet to learn how to utilize all its functions.
Disruptive product at their moment
Pros:
Ease of use and personalisation of forms
Cons:
Pricing updates constantly and the features have been the same for a long time
Alternatives Considered: Pointerpro and Paperform
Reasons for Choosing Typeform: Ease of use
Switched From: SurveyLegend, Jotform, SurveyMonkey and Leapsome
The best forms tool
Pros:
Great tool to create and share forms and capture lead
Cons:
The learning curve is a bit long but with impressive results
Fast an easy to complete
Comments: Easy way to complete or make a survey collect data
Pros:
Makes taking or making surveys easy when others suck
Cons:
Can be to repetitive an drawn out depending who made it
Quick and Easy to collect data
Comments: Great tool and super helpful for gathering data of any kind.
Pros:
It's quick and easy to set up your form, survey, or registration. The free version allows for a good amount of customization and allows for enough questions to fulfill basic needs
Cons:
I wish we could pay for "per form" as well instead of the regular rate. I don't need the more detailed options as often (like conditions for example) so it would be nice to have one-off "for 1 form or 3 form" bundle options to be purchased instead of monthly/yearly subscriptions.
