Durch die zeitversetzten Video-Interviews erhalten wir einen guten Eindruck von Kandidat:innen für Sales Manager-Vakanzen. Sowohl die Bewerber:innen als auch wir als Unternehmen sparen Zeit und Kosten durch die Prozessumstellung in der Vorselektion von Telefoninterviews zu asynchronen Video-Interviews. Die flexible Terminplanung ermöglicht es den Bewerber:innen, Interviews zu einem Zeitpunkt zu führen, der ihnen passt, was die Teilnahmequote erhöht.

cammio Clips, sprich kurze individuelle Videobotschaften, nutzen wir für den Erstkontakt im Active Sourcing. Hierzu bekommen wir sehr positives Feedback von den Talenten und konnten hierüber schon mehrere Positionen erfolgreich besetzen. Selbst wenn für die Kandidat:innen aktuell kein Arbeitgeberwechsel in Frage kommt, bleiben wir mit der persönlichen Ansprache im Kopf. Daher nutzen wir Clips auch zum Aufbau eines Talentpools.

> **Cons**: Wir finden es schade, dass wir die Einladungsmails zum zeitversetzten Video-Interview nicht ohne Zusatzkosten gänzlich individualisieren können. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt ist cammio absolut zu empfehlen.

> **Pros**: Cammio ist einfach zu bedienen.
Unsere Hiring Manager lieben das Tool, da sie mit Hilfe der automatisierten Videointerviews einen ersten echten Eindruck von den Kandidat:innen erhalten.
Seit Anfang des Jahres nutzen wir Cammio auch verstärkt für unser Employer Branding.

Hervorzuheben ist auch der tolle Support. Man hat regelmässig Meetings mit seinem Client Success Manager. In den Meetings werden auch andere Themen angesprochen, die nicht immer nur mit dem System zu tun haben (Share Best Practice, Employer Branding, etc.)

> **Cons**: Die LIVE VIDEO INTERVIEW Funktion hat bei uns leider nie so richtig funktioniert. Das liegt wahrscheinlich aber auch daran, dass wir sonst alle Videocalls mit Google Chat durchführen und die Manager keinen Wechsel wollen.

> **Pros**: Wir nutzen ausschließlich cammio Clips und für diesen Zweck, hat das Tool unseren Recruiting-Alltag maßgeblich verbessert. Wir konnten die Antwortrate deutlich steigern und haben so viele neue Mitarbeitende einstellen können, die unsere Nachrichten vorher ignoriert haben.

> **Cons**: Hier und da könnte die Performance etwas besser sein. Manchmal dauert es etwas, bis ein Video fertig verarbeitet ist. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
