"Implemented Everywhere"

Pros: We used a number of CSI's features at the credit union I used to work for. A lot of it was in compliance (reg e, identity verification, federal regulations, etc) - was also a core of our Mobile Banking App & we really benefited from Meridian as well. This was all used as part of other systems, but I never had an issue that couldn't be resolved.

Cons: Nothing to really report besides maybe systems being down, but they were always taken care of in a timely manner.

"Board Portal"

Pros: My company uses CSI as our board portal where we uploaded documents for board meetings and different committee meetings. I really enjoy the ability to create agendas with linked documents to each agenda item.

Cons: The user interface is a bit outdated and can be confusing at times.
