> **Pros**: Great UX and UI — super clear, no noise, easy to get around, everything is where it should be. Great integration with CloudFlare and Zapier etc. Customer service was awesome and easy to move from AI bot to a human\!

> **Cons**: Honestly nothing yet, I've only just joined. I did get a bit confused on the 'default email' area as it makes it seem like you can ONLY send as one email address, customer service helped me with this though.

The resend-to-not-openers feature is very intuitive and easy to deploy.
Additionally, the campaign insights it provides enable quick decision-making.

And finally, the behavioral data that the platforms deliver, generally does not match what Analytics records, creating inconsistencies when reporting results
