For example, it integrates with my current infrastructure, users don't have learn a new tool, documents are stored in SharePoint, and it has been designed to quickly get your job done. The biggest benefit is the iGlobe Outlook Addins. I love the idea of not having to go into the CRM to create a new Note. From my Outlook Client (web, desktop or mobile), I can file emails, add notes and so on. Simple and intuitive. > > **Cons**: Installing the software is a bit of a chore. Because it is mounted on top of our SharePoint environment, you require Global Admin access to get the site collection built, and addins deployed. You can configure quite a bit, but you need to know SharePoint to create new Lists, and items. There are no security levels. If you are in the CRM you can see everything. For more advance features, you will need to get the vendor's assistance. > > It is a product built on SharePoint technology.
