That wasn't the case for InTouchGPS. We have been able to deploy over 50 units in a relatively short amount of time. The information is there, but it is a bit cumbersome to navigate if you don't regularly pull reports. Other times service as slow to update and sometimes not work resulting in a call to tech support. No credits for down time. Last time this happened I decided to see what my options were, I found another service for almost 1/2 the cost, I called to cancel my service and was asked to stay on for the day to see if they can match, 2 days latter I had to call back as I did not hear from them, Finally they sent an email saying the best the can do is $5 off a month. So I thanked them and asked to cancel and not be charged for my last month as agreed in the contract I paid first and last month up front. The shut me off that very day leaving me with our GPS Service and No Credit for the last month I had paid upfront. I paid for 4 units so that is $96 I lost for my last month I did not get.
