> **Pros**: user friendly dashboard and interface, once logged in there you can see the dashboard with pie chart for the submissions of profiles you make and list of interviewed candidates placed candidates and so on, then you can find the integrated search where you can use job boards like carrier builder, monster and dice apply the boolean and start searching profiles all the profiles are shown in algorithm with ranking system helps me to find the qualified candidate easily and can send inmail via ceipal and mail merge upto 999 which is very helpful when there a common requirement like java, python with mail merge and through responses getting the profile is very easy they'll check the JD and respond back submitting the qualified candidates to the client and getting interviews and placements through ceipal qualified candidates

> **Cons**: there is an lot of empty profiles from dice, carrier builder and monster like there won't be any contact number or email, the resume would look good but won't able to find contact details which sometimes frustrating
