Having used other RPA products in the past I found it very easy to learn especially with the training available on their own website. UiPath customer support and forum are very active so its easy to get help on any specific issues. The collaboration between developers is also great with re-usable components and frameworks as well as synchronization with git and azure for deployments. > > **Cons**: The UiPath Classic interface was easier to use in some ways compared to the modern version and in some cases you cannot get those features back. The newer AI and coding features save time in workflow building and debugging. UiPath still has some learning curve for advanced things, but overall it feels more complete now for automation, AI and process handling in one platform. > > **Cons**: One thing I did not like much is that AI Center and Document Understanding setup can become confusing in the beginning, specially while training models or handling different document formats. Sometimes extraction accuracy also depends a lot on document quality, so manual checking is still needed in some cases.
