But if your a medium to large organisation looking for a professional survey solution employing survey specialists, nothing I've used yet (I've used multiple survey software platforms over the 27 years of my career) comes anywhere near as good as Confirmit for multi mode professional survey research. Confirmit is user friendly logical, flexible, solid and stable. Perhaps one of the best features of the software is the level of support available to customers. With SLA's in the hour mark no survey operator in my career lifetime have beaten confirm'its speed of response and proactive approach to problem solving. Other providers have taken days even weeks to resolve issues. It would in the US or in Europe and we have contracts that say out data cannot leave the US. The database has also caused many problems for us.
