> **Pros**: The setup process was fairly straightforward and the idea of having a virtual phone system is convenient. The concept is great, but the execution was disappointing.

> **Cons**: The app doesn't work properly and keeps crashing all the time. On top of that, I never got a refund during the 7-day trial period. If I hadn’t blocked my card, they probably would have continued charging me. Not a trustworthy company at all.
