Then they say "its just a known bug" in the system and they are working on it. The bugs NEVER get fixed. Known bug, it was known when you where selling this to me. A scheduling system that doesn't display schedules correctly, or sync roster names or and changes correctly. Tough to operate in a system that doesn't even schedule or roster correctly. Platform does not do what they advertise. At least not well. Its also not very compatible with google chrome. > > Terrible. Their development team doesn't work. Not sure who else it goes to…. But I’ve had issues a blotted for a week with no response. There is no customer service number so you’re tied to the online chat.
