> AbsenceDirect user interface is well mapped and easy to understand. It provides a quick way to start off HR compliant. Our HR team is benefited by saving so much time and it has helped them to get paperless. With the new version, it's easy to understand and more friendly. There are few areas I wish it would have been flexible but it's manageable . I have not found any alternative to address our needs. Overall great product.
