- **Pricing Details**: Milva Lab is priced as a fixed annual license plus a small fee per sample, so your cost follows the size of your lab. Every plan includes unlimited users, dedicated support, free updates, cloud hosting and daily data backups.

Core is for labs starting with one site. It starts at 6,699 EUR per year, plus a per-sample fee from 3 EUR that drops as your volume grows (minimum 200 samples per month). It includes order flow and customer management, the customer portal and mobile customer app, template-driven reports, pricing management, logistics integration and automatic invoicing. Onsite onboarding is included.

Enterprise is for labs growing across several sites with bigger teams. It starts at 19,999 EUR per year, with volume-based sample pricing (minimum 500 samples per month). It adds custom integrations, single sign-on, ERP and CRM integration, a white-label mobile app, local data backup and custom commercial terms. Multi-site onboarding is included.

Packaging and local data backup are optional extras for Core. Travel expenses for onsite onboarding are charged separately.
