> Powercard is currently working on a new admin dashboard, because nothing in their current dashboard works the way it's supposed to.  Every campaign we have attempted to send out using Powercard has suffered some sort of fatal error which has only led to confusion and miscommunication between our guests and staff.  We have had offers that were supposed to go out to a segment of our list get sent to our full membership instead.  We have even had offers go out with no offer codes generated, thus basically defeating the point of using the program - I may as well have just sent a plain old email myself\!  The only way I am able to get an offer sent out properly is to call Powercard support and essentially have them do it for me, and even then there will be mistakes like incorrect offer expiration dates in the email.  The reason I am even on Capterra.com right now is to find a replacement for Powercard.

> I have been a long time client of PowerCard using both their loyalty and gift program. It has worked great for my restaurant. The software is user friendly and consistent.  If issues have arose they are very quick to fix and are extremely helpful.  The database management, reporting, and marketing features are great as well.
