We were concerned at first that the software may be more than we needed, given that we started using SeCommerce less than a year into our business. We quickly realized the huge advantages that SeCommerce has for a growing company like ours. We do all our own fulfillment, and often times there are multiple shipments per order. Keeping track of this can be challenging. With SeCommerce it has been so easy for us to keep track of our sales and order fulfillment, in addition to automating our rate look ups and packaging container selection. In fact a lot of what we had to do manually is now automated, making our life easier and our time go further. We are also able to do all our purchase ordering, customer account management, product management, website content management and much more from within SeCommerce. This system has really made our business much more efficient, and has given us the confidence to scale our company quickly. We are thrilled with this solution, and highly recommend it. ----- ### "DO NOT WORK WITH SILVER EARTH" — 1.0/5 > **Adam** | *8 November 2015* > > This was the biggest mistake of our lives. We contracted Silver Earth to build an ecommerce platform. They lied about their product and their capabilities from the start, they overcharged us, and they rarely addressed our concerns. In the end we terminated the contract and went with Magento, a superior platform in all respects. Silver Earth and its employees know programming and design from over a decade ago. They will attempt to use antiquated programming techniques whenever possible. They will never deliver on time and their deliverables end up being almost unusable. I would caution anyone looking to work with them to first go to Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and every other place you can find. Do not work with Silver Earth under any circumstances.
