> As a consultant having a firm with web developement and software projects, I would definitely recommend iCoordinator  Free as a Free Project Management Software.  It comes with 1GB free storage space. I am using it personally to manage my projects and store my project related documents. It is ideal for consulatants and users who wants to keep track of  activities, keep  their documents and files online, track their project related time easily  through iPhone and or desktop application. 

Some of the key areas I am using includes, managentment of projects and activities, activity tracking,  time report and  tracking on different projects through web and mobile interface and document management.
 
I would say the intial learning curve is a bit high , but once you learn it comes with a lot of features that are very useful.
