As a recruiter, has all the features I would like such as keywords, multiple locations, job categorisation, reasons for disqualifying and more. > > **Cons**: Speed. There are certain screens where it respond noticably more slowly. It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. The interviews run smoothly and if using assessments it add the assessment questions to your scorecard so helpful\! The Ai profile overview, being able to ask the system questions and it will point you to multiple resources, our account manager has been super helpful and the set up process was very smooth.
