> **Pros**: Great to have all the aspects of a conference in one place. 95% of our attendees love the App although it does take quite a bit of convincing the Organising  Committees to not have printed versions of everything. Customer support is reasonably responsive.

> **Cons**: The attendee reports do not include email addresses, so we have to do all this manually as for certain functions etc we would like to have a report that includes the email addresses for the hosts. Sending communications to individuals is unnecessarily complicated as they often do not go from the communications section - have tested this and have not received so called 'sent' emails so we end up doing them manually. I think it is quite expensive to have and we really need to be running a few more conferences every year to make it completely worthwhile.
With the customer support bot - if you don't ask the question exactly as the bot needs it you don't get the answer you require and it can be frustrating

> Some aspects are very complex and I am not sure they need to be but overall it is much better than our old system. It does take quite a bit to learn it and I am still learning aspects of it even though we have had it for 18 months.

> **Cons**: EventsAir continues to improve its interfaces, both internal and external facing, which is great and overdue. I'd like to see the Presenters modules and workflow revamped next - it's usable as it is but needs to be updated.

> **Pros**: The high level of customisation, from setup to registration and back-end event management. It's easier for me to organise everything and point to other team members how to use the tool, saving time and money in my organisation.

> **Cons**: The steep learning curve. I believe better investment in making the workflows easier would be more fruitful than applying AI into the interface.

> Overall it has been good. I've organised 2 events so far, with the first one not being launched due to a short period available to promote it – not EventAir's fault, but it definitely helped reduce the timeframe. I have only used the customer support during the training period, but I believe that with new AI features my experience with EventsAir will be more seamless, with more possibilities ahead.
