> **Cons**: Lots of updates, no option to change tabs on the keyboard, have had a couple glitches causing loss of work (if not updated promptly)

> I use A/M for parts sales in a dealership setting. My dealership uses it widely for all aspects of business and it serves its purpose efficiently. Some programs are over-complicated, this isn't one of them. I like how the program is typically fast and responsive, when you have three or four techs in front of you waiting for parts to be billed so they can go back to working on the cars speed of the program is essential.
