> **Pros**: If I have an issue, the staff at BG has been exceptionally helpful in finding the cause.

> **Cons**: We have been using the Benedict Group LOANS program since 2006. We are very comfortable with the system and it has served us well.

> The system is flexible and can handle our loans well. The support is phenomenal and I'm not sure what else to say. License the software and don't think twice.
