We paid them $10,000 for one year of service and we received nothing useful in return. We were told repeatedly during our sales calls that the platform could handle the specific tasks we needed it to handle, concerning back end management of applications. Then, after we paid them the full, $10,000, we spent hours with their design team, trying to create something that would work for our needs as they had promised. It was a dead-end. The platform is just so poorly designed. In the end, I found Cognito Forms, and using that in combination with Microsoft Power Automate turned out to be infinitely more useful than SurveyMonkey Apply, at a small fraction of the cost. When I asked for a refund from SurveyMonkey, they refused, citing the hours that their designer had spent with us, trying to set up the programs we wanted to use. When I tried to negotiate a fair accounting for that person's time, they cited an exorbitant hourly rate, which negated the $10,000 we had spent. When I countered with a more reasonable rate, they never responded. They literally never responded.
