> **Pros**: Deleted with team viewer. Has given me the ability to work from the other side of the world. So helpful when you live far away from family, but need to keep your business going when you’re away.

> **Pros**: Expensive, the T\&amp;Cs are a must read as they have they are not standard and could cause a surprise cost on termination  A great pro if you like unexpected bills.

> **Cons**: When you stop paying, rather than expire your usage like all other subscriptions. Teamviewer T\&amp;C states you need to advise them in writing.  If you don't they take it to a debtcollector with huge collection fees.  Buyer beware - I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services pay close attention to the fine print and be prepared for an unpleasant billing process if you ever decide to leave.

> **Cons**: Expensive for an individual, do not consider this product value for money.  There are many free options available now.

> I have been a teamviewer customer for a number of years and realised I was paying for the more expensive product which I haven't required for some time.  When I asked to down grade to a more affordable option I was advised that I had to pay for the higher rate for 12 months before I could downgrade.  I have decided not to use the product purely for this reason.

> **Cons**: Given my suage frequency but the need for it, the price is a bit much for my use, there is not lower grade of license that I can find. I had some issues with connecting at time to remote PC's which was a problem.

> This is easy as we have a team in Wellington, I am able to log into the Wellington team computer to do the work I need even though it is rare. I do file uploads and refreshing data sheets of adding new SKU's into both sites, Auckland and Wellington.

> Really good thanks.  The Support has been excellent with any questions.  It is certainly more consistently reliable across multiple platforms than the alternate brands.
