> **Pros**: One system integrations and user friendly, User doesn't leave the main screen to process any shipment and anyone can see the tracking updates from SAP.

> **Cons**: Report Integrations is with BW/BI currently not robust to support existing model. ERP-IS, is providing this functionality with new upgrade.
