> **Pros**: We have used Ambutrax for over a year. The system has greatly helped us to modernize and improve efficiency of our service. We use the reporting features to assure that limited resources are available where they do the most good. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Training modules are unequaled. 
 
We receive updates regularly and our needs and suggestions are always met. I would recommend Ambutrax to any EMS agency that wants to maximize efficiency as well as performance. Please feel free to contact me at any time at (502)-633-5725 for further details.
