My experience using Zoho People

Pros:

What i like and what i use most in zoho people is its daily check-in and check-out feature that s how we can track time of our working, Second feture i liked most is its leave management which shows use how many leaves remaining and all the details about employees too

Cons:

sometimes i face issues while using it with my mobile devices. there has been some some glitches and bugs in mobile devices

Centralization of task management in a single software.

Comments: It is a fairly complete program, it has a good setup and when you start it it is easy to learn and use it, it has a good password saving system, I think it is a unique program and one of the best in terms of personnel management that I loved using it for this reason and perhaps in the future expand the investment in it.

Pros:

Zoho People is a human resource management platform that I also find useful at Chevron. I like how Zoho People centralizes all employee-related information, including time management, attendance tracking, vacation management and performance evaluation, it has a good design, it has a good work mode, it is pleasant In appearance, an excellent UI UX, otherwise for this reason I recommend it.

Cons:

I think that there are no major difficulties to be able to decide that Zoho has things that I dislike. I think that its problem-solving system is quite accurate. I think that I would refrain from giving a bad detail. I think that there is nothing bad that is worth talking about. .

Good application

Comments: All good! I could track my invoices smoothly

Pros:

I was using to clock in and out. Also managing my invoice from work, so all those built-in were good.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about it.

Working with ZOHO is a fantastic experience

Pros:

Zoho People has been an easy tool for everything an organization needs be it from time tracking to performance tracking everything can be done.

Cons:

Sometimes there are some backend issues that take time to get resolved.

Zoho - easy to learn!

Comments: Very easy to learn and catch on! It's nice to see everyone's hours and pay and compare!

I wish there was an easier way to contact all of my employees at once

Solid and Dependable HR Solution for Our Retail Business

Comments: Zoho People has been a very dependable and well-performing HR tool for our retail business. We were able to set it up and sync with our other tools very easily as we're already using some of the other Zoho tools and the native integration doesn't take much time at all to set up. Other than that, all the modules are very well thought out and have a lot of advanced features that save you a lot of time, and it very rarely has performance issues like bugs and whatnot. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an online HR tool.

Pros:

As a small business, we were a bit concerned as to whether we'd have to pay way over budget to be able to implement a product like Zoho, but compared to most of the other tools we evaluated, Zoho offers very reasonable plans for small businesses like ours which has helped us reap the benefits without having to wait until we hire a couple dozen more people.

Cons:

It's a bit confusing when you're just beginning to use it. It would be good to have better onboarding to learn it quicker and help us explore new ways to use it compared to us discovering stuff on our own.

Very cost effective HR management tool

Comments: It includes all the sections and forms you would expect / require for general HR as well as linking to other Zoho software for recruitment, time management, learning etc so it is a good platform to collate all data within.

Pros:

This system was fast to set up, easy to navigate and had a lot of functionality for managing HR admin including tax and legal document records. Gave a professional first impression to new recruits for onboarding admin and also linked very easily into our recruitment process via integration with Zoho Recruit.

Cons:

It does not yet contain payroll running functionality for UK users. This is the only big missing puzzle piece for the Zoho software suite and would like to be able to stop using seperate software company for this as all the rest of our accounting is done through Zoho except payroll.

For your Organization and project PnL

Pros:

Easy tracking, great dashboard, great reporting for 200+ projects

Cons:

It has a learning curve and many parts that are not under simple subscriptions

Zoho Review

Pros:

-customizable features, especially for attendance tracking and leave management -automation saved a lot of time on repetitive tasks, -integration with other Zoho apps made it seamless to manage HR operations efficiently.

Cons:

- the mobile app is kind of glitchy - the user interface for some sections isn't too intuitive, and it takes a little time to fully understand all the customization options available

Pros:

Really easy to use and made onboarding new employees a breeze

Cons:

I wish there were more integrations with tools

Comments: This product is good for every employee special if they are working at home. they can easily see their reports, time-tracking, leave applications, etc. make their attendance.

Pros:

It is easy to use and easy-to-understand product for someone who is using it for the first time. we can see the time-tracking, leave applications, reports, dashboards, etc. make the attendance for people who are working at home.

Cons:

sometimes this product wants to highly network connectivity which Is not possible all the time. and sometimes it is hung.

Zoho People

Comments: Basically, it is an Online HR

Pros:

the ability to manage the employee details and their attendance are easy in Zoho People, we can also track the employee performance and their is impressive.

Cons:

Chat and call options are not available in Zoho people

Pros:

This software really has impressive qualities, it is to be used and implemented, it is effective software for better business personnel

Cons:

It is software that is not entirely customizable so it has some minor flaws

Ultimate Tool for Employee Tracking & attendence

Pros:

Used it day in and out for checking in the office and checking out from the office. Apply leaves from here and get approved using Zoho People.

Cons:

It's a perfect tool and nothing which I don't like about it.

Economical tool for employee lifecycle management

Comments: I have used Zoho while we were in transformational phase and wanted go select the best option. It is a very good tool to be used in small organisations, user friendly and economical.

Pros:

Zoho is very economical software as compared to other softwares. It is a complete solution to manage employees life cycle right from hiring till retire/termination.

Cons:

This is a good software and I would suggest that the company should invest in creating a better support team. The support provided is slow as compared to others.

Best application for management

Pros:

I really loved the check in and check out feature.It has a lot of interesting features like Attendance,time tracker and much more.

Cons:

There were a few bugs in earlier versions

Comments: One of the best apps in its category.

Pros:

The ease and access to use the features and keep a track of your records, attendance and everything.

Cons:

Sometimes, the check-in check-out feature doesn't work properly, so we have to check and update again and again.

Zoho People - The Best Online HR

Comments: Zoho is a wonderful online HR business partner.
It solves almost everything with respect to an employee.
We are using it for Time & Attendance, Leave management, Online Reward management, Employee database and almost all the things.

Pros:

Zoho people is the best online tool which we can call without any hesitation "The Online HR". Its amazing features like Time & Attendance, Employee database, Leave management, Rewards etc are best in class. One factor which will make Zoho People standout is its ease of use. Everything is very clear. Even a new joinee will be very much comfortable in using it. Also it is adaptive to new platforms and have good integration with other apps as well. It is having mobile app for both Android & ios.

Cons:

I never felt any cons as a user. There is always a solution in Zoho.

Best app for your employees

Comments: Non intrusive, robust and easy to use hr tool.

Pros:

This app is great for companies that don't have a clock in/out system, a file repository per each employee for HR documents and a company calendar with events or things that will be done in the company per employee. It's a valuable resource since it also provides geolocation limits so you can check where your employees are clocking in and out and securely host important documents like tax forms for your employees. You can also use it to tabulate the work hours an employee has made for the week or month and export it for you to use with any payroll programs. You can also keep track of personal days, vacation days and sick days. This is basically the best suit for managing employees. It has a mobile app as well! So you can clock in and out or view your documents on the go.

Cons:

The mobile app can be a little buggy sometimes, they patch it a lot. But the geolocation feature, it's a little buggy since they've done improvements, because in the past you could spoof the location by faking the GPS coordinates, but now you cannot do that since it does some work with the IP Addresses to triangulate where you are, but sometimes it gets the location of the ISP and not from where you are, so sometimes you will have problems checking in and out.

Comments: Good.

Pros:

Can keep track of performance, attendance, and Leaves of the employee.

Cons:

For convenience, frequently used functions must be automatically added to an accessible menu.

Best Online HR platform, Tracks leaves, working hours, and employee performance.

Comments: The overall experience is great with Zoho, haven't used such software before this, so this feels amazing

Pros:

It is easy to use. The UI of the software is amazing. It has a bunch of extraordinary features all in one place.

Cons:

The Announcement feature seems to be underdeveloped, as it looks simple & has a delay after publishing the announcement.

Zoho People Review

Comments: It is easing down going through different apps, it has integrated HR management, self management, ticketing tool, performance management etc.

Pros:

It is a great tool to track your performance and set your goals. It is very efficient which self management to track your attendance, apply for leaves, & reimbursement. We can also raise tickets using zoho.

Cons:

No, I am highy satisfied with the services.

User friendly software

Pros:

I have been using this software since 2019.It is very smooth to use. From Employee managament to Attendance Tracking in time sheet , you get them all in zoho people.You can also apply for leave ,regulise your time , track your meetings, files and form handling through online.There is one more option named as 'Raise grevience' , here you can add any of problem you facing through work and it directly connect to HR so you will get the solution in 2-3 hrs.

Cons:

Sometimes it didn't show your balance leaves and time regulisation may took time.

Zoho - All in One HR Tool

Comments: The overall experience with Zoho people is really good.

Pros:

Zoho has made it easy to measure the performance of the employee. The best features of Zoho are attendance tracking, regularizing the attendance, tracking the holidays and leaves, and performance measurement.

Cons:

There are no aspects of the products that are difficult to use, however, there should be some modifications while we measure one's performance. for example, while selecting a rater who has worked with us only on 1 project can rate us only on that.

Your One-Stop HR Portal

Comments: I really like the features that it has and that it is easy to use. I would definitely invest in it if I had my own company.

Pros:

It's like having my own personal HR administrator on my laptop. Easy to use, to find documents or information that I need and to record information. Very easy to keep track of my working hours whilst working from home during the pandemic and the mobile app is fantastic.

Cons:

Its kind of hard to use from an administration perspective initially, but once you get used to it - its much easier.
