> **Pros**: I really like how the POS works on the tablet. It makes checking out customers very smooth since we can just bring it to the chair. The appoinment scheduling is also super easy to use, and it helps me keep track of my stock and inventory across our branches without going crazy.

> **Cons**: Setting up all the items and services at the begining was quite tedious. Took us a few days to get everything right. Also, because it's cloud based, if teh internet is slow in the shop, the system lags a little bit.

> Overall it's been a lifesaver for our daily operations. We used to rely on paper record books and WhatsApp for bookings, which was a total mess especially on busy weekends. Now everything is in one place and the cashiering workflow is much faster. Even my new staff can pick it up in a day. Support team is also quite helpful when we get stuck. Definitly recommend to other salon owners looking to upgrade their system.

My business is beauty salon, and i believe not only beauty salon, hair salon, massage centre \& those business need appointment calender are suitable to this software, because the appointment manangement system is so ease to use, once fill in the information, 1 click send to customer whatsapp, and also whatsapp, this is super\!

through this software, i settle the most headache problem, its help on multi-level commissioning problem, staff also can moniter their commission from the staff management module.
