The platform is easy to use, with translation features supporting accessibility for all families. Providers have seen strong engagement, and the collection page enables all activities to be promoted through a single link.
Eequ’s responsive support, including live chat and guidance, ensures a smooth booking experience and reduces barriers to participation. This has helped build trust and encourage repeat engagement. Overall, Eequ offers a user-friendly, well-supported system that meets the needs of the local authority, providers, and families.

> **Cons**: The main challenge we have encountered is non-attendance, particularly families who book places but do not cancel when they can no longer attend. Eequ does already send automatic reminder emails three days and one day before a session prompting families to cancel if they can no longer attend, which is a helpful feature. However, it does remain an industry-wide challenge.
