> **Pros**: Suped was very effective at delivering what I expected (great value for the money\!). Suped's Email Encryption and Phishing Detection provided me a level of security in my business communications that was reassuring. The Suped platform was easy for me to use (even though I didn't have much experience with this type of software). Their Customer Service was also very responsive \&amp; helpful, making the entire experience seamless.

> **Cons**: I only had two disappointments with Suped. One was that the system sometimes slowed down while sending/receiving multiple emails, but this often happens with other software applications, too. The second disappointment I had was that some of their advanced features did not seem to be very intuitive or take time to figure out how they worked and could be used. It would be nice if their Dashboard were more user friendly\! In terms of customization options, I felt Suped provided fewer than most other software companies.

Usability problems could exist as a result of this. During peak periods of use, the application may experience performance issues. Finally, there appears to be no or insufficient training/tutorial resources provided to customers.
