Before using it, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual tracking, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Tracktile, everything is much more streamlined and centralized.

The system makes it easy to track raw materials, production batches, and finished goods in real time. The interface is user-friendly, and once set up, it integrates well into daily operations. One of the biggest advantages is traceability and visibility across the entire process, which is critical in food manufacturing.

Customer support has also been excellent—responsive, helpful, and open to feedback and improvements.

The team is patient, knowledgeable, and able to explain the platform in straightforward terms for users of all technical levels.  On occasions we've needed support, issues have been resolved promptly and effectively.

> **Cons**: We'd like the ability to run mock production across multiple recipes with shared ingredients.  This would make ingredient ordering more efficient.

The Tracktile team was incredibly supportive throughout the process.  they walked us through detailed demos and took the time to meet with us weekly to fully understand our challenges and we needed the system to do.  Their hands on approach made the transition much smoother and ensured the platform work for our specific operation.
