> **Pros**: Highly responsive support team; they answer support requests and follow-up email within hours.  Scheduling draws is dead-simple, as is recording game results.  The help / docs pages are thorough and kept up-to-date, plus they have help videos for every key action for both Curlers and Club Management.  Their Management Support Page tracks all support requests and feature requests -- and it's easy-peasy to submit them. Their free website hosting provides all of the essentials for running a club - including online registration, and management of leagues and bonspiels; all of it for free, really free.
I've used other club management software since 2015, and of the three, Curling.io suits us the best -- simple but covers all the bases.

> **Pros**: Curling IO is purpose‑built for curling.  Unlike generic sports‑league platforms, Curling I/O reflects the actual workflows of curling clubs—league formats, tournaments and ice rentals.

There are no setup or monthly fees.  Curling IO receives a percentage of Credit Card transaction fees from curlers registering for leagues.  This transaction‑based model makes it cost‑effective for clubs that want modern tools without incurring subscription fee overhead.  For clubs that already have a Point of Sale System, Curling IO has an option to purchase the Premium Level of the software and support.
 
Curling IO is widely adopted and uses club feedback to prioritize the development of new features.  It is used by Curling Canada, Provincial Curling Associations, and many clubs.  There is ongoing development and feature expansion.
 
Most curlers adapt easily to the online registration and payment flow.

Curling I/O is one of the strongest and most complete management platforms available for curling clubs.

Clubs that currently uses spreadsheets, paper forms, or a generic sports platform, Curling I/O is a significant upgrade—especially for registration, payments, and league management.

> **Cons**: There is limited granularity in admin roles.  League‑level admins cannot be assigned independently; club‑level admins must handle certain tasks and report generation.

The modern login system can be confusing for some users.  Users must either log in with Google, or request a login link via email.  Some users find this unintuitive.

Clubs must book a demo or commit to exploring the platform without hands‑on testing.  Prior to the demo, it is expected that the Club Administrator to complete pre-education on the software.

Clubs with complex admin hierarchies or those wanting more traditional login methods may find some friction.

Online game result submission is great benefit that dramatically reduces the admin overhead in associated with tracking wins and losses of all games in all leagues.  The authorization to submit game results is limited to curlers that have registered for a team in a league.  Leagues that traditionally allow team registrations instead of individual registrations find this feature difficult to use.
