> **Pros**: What I like most about SubmittalLink is how easy it is to manage submittals and RFIs without overcomplicating the process. The platform is built specifically for submittal tracking and RFI tracking, so everything is clear and easy to follow.

Submittal status, RFI responses, and review progress are visible right away. Project teams, subcontractors, and consultants can quickly see where items stand without digging through menus or calling the office. That alone saves a lot of time during active construction.

The system keeps revision history, approvals, and documentation organized, which helps with project records and audits. At the same time, basic tasks like updating a submittal status or responding to an RFI stay simple and fast.

Because the software is straightforward, people actually use it. Superintendents, project engineers, and MEP contractors all rely on it daily. It reduces follow-ups and manual tracking and works well as practical submittal and RFI software for real construction workflows.

Compared to how intuitive and user-friendly the submittals and RFIs modules are, the punchlist workflow feels less streamlined. > **Pros**: Submittallink doesn’t include 20+ unnecessary tools. I mainly need daily reports, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and punch lists to run my projects and Submittallink covers exactly those.

It also sends email notifications and reminders, and allows my architect and engineer to respond to RFIs and submittals directly on the platform.

We were paying too much to Procore and using too little of it. Once we made the swtich to submittallink, their team helped us with setting up the projects in a day.

> **Cons**: There’s nothing I dislike, but I don’t really need the contracts and change order modules they offer. We use a separate system to track financials, so I don’t use those features.
