The software simplifies chart preparation and patient management, eliminating guesswork. The customer service is the best I've experienced, both within and outside the dental community. Charting is user-friendly, and the ability to access histories from multiple sources in EDI—within your charts and directly from payors—is excellent. This functionality allows my offices to quickly check eligibility.

> **Cons**: The only limitation of AirPay, which isn't directly theirs, stems from the payors themselves—specifically, the constraints of the payor and the information they provide through EDI and the exchange of EDI. This situation is expected to improve with increased interoperability at both the payor and federal levels.

I know a lot of the limitations are from the insurances themselves, but knowing some of the data available on the individual websites, it would be nice to obtain the full picture without having to go to the individual carrier website. We see history as the most challenging aspect for consistency of obtaining, both from airpay and from the individual carriers online.
