> **Pros**: Their alerting is some of the most powerful I have seen, and the status pages are clean and simple to use. I have OON monitoring all of my infrastructure and have automated outage alerts configured so that both my users and I are in the loop and I can resolve issues rapidly. OON is constantly asking "how can it improve" which speaks volumes to how much they care about the user's experience and how much they care about said users.

> **Cons**: Occasionally I will find a feature that is missing from the product. However, said features are usually available to beta within a couple of weeks. OON's fast development cycle lets them iterate quickly on newly requested features.

> Overall, OnlineOrNot is very user-driven and it is amazing to see the product evolve and deliver an even better experience than it did the day prior.

> **Pros**: It is easy to setup a monitor and the notifications come in at a correct way. I use the service for over two months now and I have never had a false positive notification of my website going down.

> **Cons**: Minor issue but not a deal breaking one is that the status page only displays the incident times as am/pm and there is no option to use a 24h clock.
