> **Pros**: The support team and the automation.  It was really great to be able to communicate what automations we needed for our process and the support team built it out, including additional changes, quickly.  We were up and running within 24 hours.

> **Cons**: Only that the automations turned off if we went over our daily spend amount.  I was happy to pay any overage charges, but sometimes we would find that automation had turned off and I had to restart it.
