> **Pros**: I love that it can be customized to our specific needs and integrates seamlessly with our accounting software and data. It also flags duplicate invoices so we’re not overpaying vendors. The integration and capability to pay vendors via ACH is a lifesaver and gets our vendors paid faster when they use it.

> **Cons**: Little things. I don’t like that I can’t close out of a bill after viewing it and have to return to the main bill page. I would like it if that was automated. There also seems to be a bug in adding a reviewer to bills after creation, although that might be user error.
> 
> Jolly was easy to get up and running and the staff was attentive and helpful, quick to address any onboarding concerns as they arose. I have not explored the report features as much as I probably should have.
