> The tool is very flexible and accommodating to your needs. As a user you can design and implement a lot yourself. This is very helpful when you want to improve processes (and dont want to wait for a developer to make changes for you). The Cyzag team is collaborative and responsive. When a (small) enhancement is required, they usually complete this in a couple days. They also think along in how to make the tool work better for you.

> **Pros**: Cyzag offers a very powerful platform that allows users to take digitalisation into their own hands to support continuous improvement. The no code principle allows anyone willing to take a few minutes to understand the platform, to build tailored apps and visuals to support their daily processes.  
It offers the possibility to create a true decision making platform connected to direct actions.  It was the first time I experienced the use of data linking shopfloor events to decisions and actions up to director level. 
On top of that the team at Cyzag is very knowledgeable about operational excellence and more than willing to help a demanding customer like me succeed with his objectives which is also something I experienced for the first time working with a software company.

> **Cons**: I guess the downside of the platform is that the multitude of options you have to create what you need can sometimes lead to a bit of inefficiency in the design phase. Luckily the team is always here to help.

> Cyzag is widely adopted by all our 7 production sites. There is a real bottom-up movement in which citizen developers create very useful dashboards improving insight in how we operate as a business.
