That way we won't have staff at the climbing wall doing a blanket check-in for items that were checked out in the gym, etc. It would also be helpful to be able to assign a member profile to a point of sale item - both for tracking sales and for being able to find transactions if needing to refund, etc. That said, the DSE staff are receptive to suggestions and are constantly working on improvements and implementing our ideas where possible. > > Our experience has generally been good.
