> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt mir, dass das Konfigurationsregelwerk ohne Programmierkenntnisse auch vom Kunden selbst erstellt/gepflegt werden kann und das Regelwerk visuell dargestellt wird.

> **Cons**: Momentan kann ich hierzu keine Aussage treffen - weil mir nichts einfällt
> 
> Benutzerfreundlich und Innovativ mit einem Fokus auf die Customer Journey, sowie auch offen für Weiterentwicklungen die die Anwendung. Extrem kompetente Ansprechpartner im Vertrieb, Projektleitung und Entwicklung. 
Die Zeit in der Piloten und Projekte realisiert werden ist sehr beeindruckend.
