> **Pros**: NoiseMaker is an engaging platform for non-profits to connect with potential donors online.  It has an excellent value for the subscription price with many useful features and has flexible plans for different tiers of services for small to enterprise sized non-profits. Additionally it is extremely secure and reliable including Stripe integrations and encryption for the transfer of information.
> 
> **Cons**: NoiseMaker requires a shift in thinking and strategy to transition to an ambassador driven model for fundraising. This shift may not be easy for a non-profit used to traditional fundraising through the normal media channels.
> 
> NoiseMaker is extremely user friendly, with a lot of data and analytics for monitoring impact of ambassadors, campaign performance, list of donors and their donations. Setup only takes minutes and with many options to choose from and subscription plans, making it an ideal platform for the small non-profit to the enterprise non-profit.

> **Pros**: the concept is good because volunteers that are having a good experience should be a good advocate for the organization.

> **Cons**: It never came together completely. The volunteers got stuck on issues, etc.. and it became time consuming for me to deal with their concerns.

> Mixed. \[sensitive content hidden\] was attentive to our feedback, but the volunteers never really bought into the platform - I think because we were often trying to figure out how it worked and whether Noisemaker was an authentic approach to donating.
