> **Pros**: We like that the profile set up is easy to use with great looking lay outs.  But what sold us on TapTag was that they had a wide range of NFC products available.  We were specifically wanting customisable products that allowed us to put our own logo on the products during the design stage.

> **Cons**: We haven't had a bad experience yet.  The communication in the chat was responsive and helpful as was the email discussions.  Perhaps if anything we would like to see even more product options in the Wearable NFC section.

> **Pros**: The versatility of the Tap Tag system and the easy of use of the dashboard. We traveled to our first trade show and used one of the QR codes as a means to capture customer information via a raffle / giveaway. The number of targeted contacts was great.

> **Cons**: We found that the cards do not work great when someone has a thick protective case around their phones. Also, while the metallic cards are beautiful they can only be used on the NFC side of the card.  The plastic works on all sides.

> Product performs as advertised and allowed us to captue invaluable contact information.
