For example, if a nursing home needs the directions changed on a medication label, you cannot go in and edit the label after it has been refilled one time. You have to unnecessarily scan in a whole new prescription image to update the label which takes extra time. Each new prescription requires a bar code sticker to be attached as well, which is another annoying step. Reports are difficult to run as well. We needed a simple report for a hospice company to list compound ingredients and pricing. To get that report would have cost several hundred dollars for them to create it. It also improved workflow from the last system we used. I can't believe someone actually thought that it would be good. All the functions are difficult not that they're hard to understand but you have to use 4 different screens just to do 1 task. If you're in the middle of typing the system doesn't let you check "Will Call." Yes you can have a secondary screen but not all the tasks are available. I could go on and on.
