> **Pros**: The OO Trip and Annual Permits are easy to use for the applicant and for staff approving the permits.  
Customer service with Permit Central is exceptional.  Staff are very responsive from the time you initially submit an inquiry, to receiving a response and/or resolution.

> **Cons**: Inability to pull some reports for internal / external reporting for the Organization. The reports can be pulled by Transnomis staff however it would be easier if user's could pull them on their own.

> Permit Central has made my job much easier. I no longer have to print, sign and save permits to different folders. It's easy to review permits in a central location and I can request additional information or changes without phone calls or emails.
