> **Pros**: Helpful tool for transcriptions - transcribes accurately and the AI Summary tool is fantastic. Very cost effective too\!

> **Cons**: The connections with Outlook didn't always work, so it didn't always auto-join, and it was difficult to get it to record video as well as audio.

> It was a good AI tool, and would recommend for those wanting a note-taker to take good notes on an ad-hoc basis.
