The inventory system has saved us time and money and given us much more transparency on stock and products going in and out of our warehouse, and the point of sale payment integration is already saving us time. The Helix team also has training videos and a searchable process doc that aids in the training process, which was incredibly helpful to us in the first few months, and if all else fails, they are more than happy to help remotely and over the phone. > > **Cons**: The quotation setup is a little clunky and is missing some features offered by competitors. I have suggested some improvements to this, some of which have already been implemented. > > My overall experience with Helix has been a very positive one.
