I liek the expert knowledge and the friendly helpful answers from \[sensitive content hidden\] when I have a query about timing my currency purchases. The knowledge that he and his colleagues have can't be replicated on an app or a website.

> **Cons**: The reporting side of things is poor. You really need to be able to generate reports that save time on bookkeeping and to do that a single report showing transactions in and out in date order for all cards and including all forward purchases (i.e. combine the transfers and cards sections and include all cards rather than having to pick one at a time)

I’ve had no issues using the card globally, and the security features give me peace of mind. Their customer service has been great too—always quick and helpful\!

> **Cons**: One thing I like least about Caxton is the ATM withdrawal fees, which can add up when traveling. Also, the inactivity fees are a bit frustrating if you don’t use the card frequently. I’ve found the customer service hours a bit restrictive, especially when in different time zones. Additionally, it would be nice if you could lock in better exchange rates at certain times, and the limits on currency loading can be a drawback for larger transactions.

> **Cons**: This is not just a criticism of Caxton, its of ALL U.K. Banks. Compliance has gone WAY TO FAR and OVER BOARD. British Banks are killing Trade and Business and giving it all away to the USA, who are a lot more open minded and TRULY WANT Business.....Many years ago, \[sensitive content hidden\] stated the Britain was open for Business....In my opinion, that is the last thing this Country is open for these days.....
