> **Pros**: The reports that we use in TruAsset are true and reliable.  This might seem an oddity to describe, but most importantly it is so important to be able to share reliable information and proofs.  TruAsset is incredibly easy to use and intuitively follow the work flow inside the system as built.  Not much imagination needs to be added.  Our decision to implement TruAsset included our confidence to give others in our institution the ability to send requests directly to us via TruAsset.

> **Cons**: We currently do not have a "Cons" list.  In our experience, those types of issues have been discussed with TruAsset support and were resolved for us in very short order.  These types of issues or cons were of slight desire to have simple tweeks either in the presentation of our records and proofs or set up and configurations that best suited our practices

> Without exaggeration, implementing TruAsset cured many of our previous problems and troubles with our previous CMMS.One of the greatest advantages we have witnessed comes from our scheduled work orders and those procedures that we have attached to these schedules.  We have made changes, expanded to other models, re-written many of our individual unit verifications.  Making changes to these types of improvements required us to review in an admin style in our previous database CMMS.  These necessary changes are now made on the fly, in the middle of the work order, by simply having the asset record and the work order in front of us as we are attempting the work.  It is accomplished very simply by removing the outdated or undesire procedure and editing in the new procedure both on the displayed work order and the asset record schedule.  I find this incredibly convenient verses setting aside admin time to keystroke simple change and improvements.

> The TruAsset software is user friendly and intuitive. Moving to TruAsset was such a good move for our company. You get real time data and can customize the software to meet your needs. This leads me to the AMAZING people behind TruAsset. Whether you are starting from scratch or transferring from another database, they are with you every step of the way while getting started. They continue to always be available to fix problems or try to accomodate any features that fit your company's needs.
