We had to ask for customisation to include package insurance on the booking with the courier (which I would have expected to be a 'standard' feature). > > OneShip's support for this produce is excellent. The engineer that deployed the customisation (detailed above) personally deploys each update to our OneShip to ensure the new version does not cause any issues with the customisation.
